1200 O’Donnell Road, Mount Vernon, IN 42620

Located at Brittlebank Park, Willow Tree of Posey County has cultivated a section of the park dedicated to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault for reflection and healing. Nature can offer a break from our everyday life and stresses.

The garden was established in April of 2021 in honor of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. This initial project was a collaborative effort of several victim services agencies to raise awareness and acknowledge crime victims. A ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership was held in April of 2023.

We hope you will take a moment to enjoy nature’s healing benefits at our beautiful garden!
