Advocacy
- Crisis Counseling – We deal with all kinds of situations, so we are prepared to help you during and after a crisis. We provide information and resources for you so that you can make an informed decision. If you can not visit in person, we can talk over the phone. We can also meet you at a location near your home if you are not comfortable coming to the office..
- Legal Advocacy – If you need to get a protective order, we can help you file one, as well as attend court hearings with you. We can also help you navigate all the legal systems, too.
- Personal Advocacy – If you are in a situation where you need to find housing, we can help you. We also find the support to help with financial help, legal help, and necessities that you may need.
- Information – If you need questions answered, you can ask us. Whether it’s about domestic violence or sexual assault, we can answer all the questions. We also provide services in the community, to the local agencies, and resources that are available to abuse victims and those in need.
Community Outreach, Education and Awareness
- Presentations – We are available to speak about dating violence, sexual assault, and the services that we provide to our community with students, schools, and local groups.
- Training Seminars – If you’re a local business, law enforcement, or other agency that needs a sponsored seminar, we’re happy to help. The seminars would train on domestic violence, sexual assault, and workplace violence.
- Raising Awareness – We raise awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault in the community through events and local activities. Check out our schedule of events for more information.
